Our business
Spot trading. Covers mainstream crypto assets, providing common commission types and transparent rates.
Perpetual contract. Publish funding rates, margin and liquidation rules, and set up an insurance fund.
Pledge. For pledge on the chain, the custody details, locking cycle and risks shall be explained in advance.
Launch the platform. Rules-based token issuance process, including issuer screening and public disclosure.
How we operate
Market infrastructure. High-throughput matching, low-latency access, and real-time risk control checks for each order.
Hosting and isolation. Using a hot and cold wallet structure, customer assets and the company's own funds are managed separately. Key management follows security policies and implements multi-person approval.
Market order. Conduct market monitoring to identify deceptive or manipulative practices. Accounts that violate the rules may be restricted and related trading pairs may be removed from the shelves.
Security
We follow secure development practices and change control mechanisms and regularly conduct independent penetration tests. We maintain a coordinated vulnerability disclosure channel and a bug bounty program. Incident response covers discovery, isolation, investigation, user communication and post-event review.
Transparency
We release periodic operating reports, including trading volume, large transfers, and large withdrawals. For major incidents, we will issue an announcement within 24 hours.
